How to make it

  1. Chop up the tomato into small pieces and add to a mixing bowl
  2. Half the avocado and slice into cubes
  3. Spoon out the avocado into the mixing bowl
  4. Roll the lime on a chopping board, cut in half and squeeze the juice into the mixing bowl
  5. Chop up the onion into small pieces and add to the mixing bowl
  6. Deseed the chilli, chop into small pieces and add to the mixing bowl
  7. Chop up the coriander and add to the mixing bowl
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Using a fork, mash all the ingredients together
